want to give a huge thank you to the team at Discount Tire - 2621 E Highway 190! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful. What impressed me the most was how they made sure I didn’t spend more money than I needed to. They took the time to explain my options and helped me find the best solution without any pressure. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares more about the customer than the sale, but this team absolutely does. The service was fast, professional, and done with excellence. Great customer service. Team went above and beyond to gain my trust and there service. The tire I had brought for my car 3 years ago was in the system, but now there were flags in the system. The team worked with me to find other options. At the end I was satisfied with the tire I was sold and the fitment was the way I wanted it. Thanks. Will be back in the future

Overall good experience. However, I had to intervene during a recent tire rotation as the technicians did not follow the vehicle manufacturer recommended rotation pattern (front to rear crossed). The manager quickly corrected the error however. In addition, tire pressures were not re-adjusted after rotation. Not a problem if all tires are inflated to the same psi. This is a problem if front tire pressure is different from the rear pressure as is the case on my pickup truck. As a customer of one of the top tire service companies in the nation, I should NOT have to follow behind them to ensure their work is correct.
